With a reputation for excellence, and offering up intimate culinary experiences in customized room set ups, private events at Stratus Restaurant can be managed seamlessly with your guests front of mind.

Stratus’ private event rooms host intimate seated dinners for as few as 5, to larger groups of up to 100 with our full restaurant buyouts, also available on weekends. Your standing cocktail reception can comfortably cater to a 50 person guest list in our East Room, 120 guests in our East and West Rooms combined, or have the place to yourself and include our bar and lounge area for up to 200 of your closest friends, family, and colleagues.

What is the capacity for Stratus Restaurant?

The capacity at Stratus is 200 for standing room only events or 94 for a seated event.

What times are available for booking Stratus?

Event bookings are available at Stratus:

Monday – Friday for:
Breakfast (7:00 – 10:30am)
Lunch (11:30am – 2:30pm)
Evening (from 4:30pm onwards)

Timing for weekend events is flexible.

Please contact Samantha to inquire about booking your upcoming event.

Are you open for hosting events on weekends?

Yes. We offer full restaurant buyouts on weekends.

Is there a minimum spend for booking an event?

Yes. The minimum spend varies based upon the time of day of the event and size of the space booked.

Can we bring live music and/or a DJ?

A full buyout allows you to bring in a DJ or live music. Noise levels must be discussed for live music for partial buyouts so as not to disturb other guests.

Please discuss your music requests with our Events team prior to booking your event.

Do you require a deposit for events? Are deposits refundable with cancellation?

Yes, deposits are required and are non-refundable or transferable once secured.

Do you include décor/linen for event bookings?

Yes, we include candles, small florals, linens, place settings, and all furniture.

What is the gratuity percentage charged?

We charge an 18% gratuity percentage.
